  • Equipment inspection (pump, filter, heater, automation)

Yes — it’s 100% refundable when the WaterGuru and Pool Brain equipment are returned in good working condition.

2. What happens if I cancel service?

You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. Your service will continue through your final paid period, and your equipment deposit will be refunded after pickup.

3. Are chemicals included in the plan?

Yes. All standard pool chemicals and dosing are included in your SmartCare plan — no hidden add-ons.

4. What’s the difference between SmartCare and regular service?

SmartCare includes 24/7 chemistry monitoring, live portal access, proactive alerts, and a WaterGuru device that ensures your pool is always safe and balanced — even between visits.

5. What happens during storms or after heavy rain?

If your WaterGuru detects a chemistry issue after a storm, we proactively check and rebalance before your pool turns green.
